Fully Automatic Cobblestone Machine

​

• It produces briquettes, interlocking paving stones, rain gutters, curbstones, etc. with this feature. It is a machine that can produce concrete elements in a very rapid manner and without deteriorating the surface quality.
  It responds to all your requests with automatic and fully automatic stone collection systems upon request.
  Our fully automatic stone-collecting machine, with PLC computer control system, automatically produces stones without human touch, and automatically stacks them on the stacking pallet according to the desired stocking style with PLC computer control system.

• Since the stones are arranged in a dry manner, problems such as color mixing, stone adhesion, and stone height disorder are prevented. 

• Our machines in this series are manufactured in 2 different types. Our BPM fully automatic stone collecting machines are fully automatic machines in which the produced stones are stacked automatically.

• Optionally, our machines can be made without stone collection, and the stone collection system can be added to the machine later.

AIR HAT 

​

• It is a side equipment of our machines used to convey the mixture taken from the concrete mixer to the boilers of the machines. It is directed to the desired boiler with the help of PLC control.
  It is manufactured as 0.5 m3 or 1 m3 in accordance with the capacity of the machine.
  If desired, the number of stations and line length can be added to feed more than one machine.
  In addition to the ability to move at double speed, the doors also have an automatic opening feature.

• All hydraulic units of our machines (manual or fully automatic) are used with hydraulic units and equipment produced and guaranteed by BOSCH-REXROTH. In all our units:

• Oil cooling, Oil heating and Service time notification systems are available as standard.

• Various options can be applied easily in the program. 

• All faults appear as warnings on the machine panel.

• All materials used in the electrical and automation panels of our machines are Telemecanique-Schnider products.

• Our machines have two boilers and they are a mixture of coarse colorless aggregate in the 1st boiler and form the lower part of the stone.

• In the second boiler, it is a mixture of fine or colored aggregates to provide a colored and smooth surface.
  If a single aggregate mixture such as briquettes, borders, rain gutters is used, the program option suitable for single boiler use is used. This increases the production rate.
  The parts of our machines that are suitable for wear are made of hardened special material and have the ability to change.

CONCRETE MIXERS

• We have mixer productions in different volumes and speeds in accordance with the capacity of the BPM Machine. 
  It is a necessary auxiliary machine to provide the mortar mixture used in our BPM Machines.
  We have mixer productions in different volumes and speeds in accordance with the capacity of the BPM Machine. Our mixers:

• with normal boiler

• With pan type boiler

• It is manufactured with a twin shaft boiler.

• All our concrete mixers have interchangeable inner liners. Cover unloading systems are made with hydraulic piston system. It empties the aggregate to be mixed into its own boiler with the help of bucket with the help of bucket-slide system elevator. Bunkers of aggregates and weighing-weighing systems can be added optionally. If desired, water mixture can be applied with automatic dispenser and weighing. 

PATTERN

• It can print products with a minimum height of 5 cm and a maximum of 30 cm.
  Our molds are manufactured by cutting from special alloy monoblock materials in PLC controlled oxygen cutting machines. Pressure shoes are processed separately for each eye in CNC machines. The processed printing shoes are hardened by heat treatment. The products we manufacture as standard:

BPM36

• It produces Concrete Paving Stone, Concrete Border, Briquette, Pumice, Hollow Hole, Rain Gutter, Slope Stone and Other Concrete Elements at international standards. It produces 36 pieces of Interlocking Pavers - 12 pieces of 20x20x40 Briquettes in each print.

BPM25

• Concrete Paving Stone, Concrete Border, Briquette, Pumice, Hollow Stone, Rain Gutter, Slope Stone and Other Concrete Elements meet international standards.manufactures a. It produces 25 pieces of Interlocking Pavers - 10 pieces of 20x20x40 Briquettes in each print.

BPM20

• It produces Concrete Paving Stone, Concrete Border, Briquette, Pumice, Hollow Hole, Rain Gutter, Slope Stone and Other Concrete Elements at international standards. It produces 20 pieces of Interlocking Paving Stone - 8 pieces of 20x20x40 Briquettes in each print.

BPM15

• It produces Concrete Paving Stone, Concrete Border, Briquette, Pumice, Hollow Hole, Rain Gutter, Slope Stone and Other Concrete Elements at international standards. It produces 15 pieces of Interlocking Paving Stone - 6 pieces of 20x20x40 Briquettes in each print.

BPM10

• It produces Concrete Paving Stone, Concrete Border, Briquette, Pumice, Hollow Hole, Rain Gutter, Slope Stone and Other Concrete Elements at international standards. It produces 10 pieces of Interlocking Paving Stone - 4 pieces of 20x20x40 Briquettes in each print.
